REFUND POLICY
We do not accept unsolicited returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, labeled, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase. You need to contact our official website owepowe.com customer service live chat or send email to service@owepowe.com and wait for our evaluation before you can apply for a return or exchange.
In order to protect your rights and interests, we recommend that you check and test the product immediately after receiving it. If you have any questions, please contact us immediately so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
Owepowe will not be responsible for the after-sale and refund if the goods are rejected due to international tariff reasons.

You don't like it!
According to our warranty policy, if it is not a product quality problem, the customer needs to make a return request within 7 days after the arrival of the product/package, we will provide a full refund of the product, but we will not refund the shipping cost. The customer needs to pay the return freight.
If you receive a defective/faulty/broken product!
If the quality problem occurs within 15 days after receipt of your purchased product, please contact our official customer service staff for evaluation. If there is a problem with the product, please cooperate with us to deal with the problem product. If not, we will give you a refund.
Since we are currently unable to obtain return labels from our express delivery partners, we need your help to verify return shipping costs via express or postal services. After shipment, you must inform us of the tracking number of the returned products. Once we receive the product at the warehouse, we will only refund the cost of the product (we do not cover shipping costs to and from the owepowe warehouse). You can contact us at service@owepowe.com for the address of our warehouse where you can return the goods.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail the refund.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse refunds in the following circumstances:
Failure to follow refund policy instructions.
The return period is exceeded.
Damage caused by improper use or by the customer.
Products may not be resold.
