In what language should I write my address?
When it comes to shipping and carriers, the language in which you write your address can be crucial.
Please write the address of all countries except China in English. For Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, you should write the address in Chinese.
How to Modify the Order Address ?
After placing an order, if you find that the order address is incorrect, you can change the order address through online chat or email. In order to quickly change your address, please state your order number in the message and fill in your correct address according to the template.

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order through email. Please tell us the order number you need to cancel.

If I refuse to pay Import VAT and Customs duty , what will happen?
If you are an international shopper, it is important to understand the VAT and Customs duty policies in your country. When you purchase a product from a foreign country,you may be required to pay Taxes (Import VAT and Customs duty), which are not included in the product price during checkout. These taxes are paid to your local government and are dependent on the type and value of the product you purchase, as well as your country's import policies.
If you refuse to pay taxes, two things can happen. If the shipping fees are lower than the price of the product, the item will be shipped back to the sender, and the remaining amount,excluding taxes (Import VAT and customs duty) and shipping charges, will be refunded from your total payment. However, if the shipping fees are higher than the price of the product, the item will be destroyed, and you will not receive a refund.
It is important to note that this only applies to imports.

How do I change my account details on Pulsar's website?
If you need to update your name, email address, phone number, or address associated with your account, it's easy to do so. Follow these simple steps:
- Select "Account Details" from the menu bar on the website.
- Click on the edit icon next to the field you want to change
- Once you've added the updated information, click "Save Changes."
- After completing all the updates, click "Done."
- You will receive an email from us to verify the changes.
Note that if you change your address after placing an order, it may not reflect on your order. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us to Service@owepowe.com before the fulfillment deadline to request a modification. Our customer support team will be happy to assist you with updating your shipping information.
